This partner, member, & note agreement is made between the Personal Wealth Project (Dba) (“The Organization”)

Purpose: The purpose of this partnership is to outline the terms under which the partner organization provides

financial rewards while supporting its mission to assist disadvantaged children through various programs. This

If for any reason the repayment is not realized, the resource will issue a full refund subject to specific terms &

Please allow several days in cases where exchanges hold funds for any reason.

We anticipate repayment including up to 100% interest, based on third party performance.

The organization agrees to repay the loan principal plus up to 100% interest, depending on performance metrics,

market conditions, and other factors.

1. Member may put up $10,000 organization will repay loan amount up to $20,000 based on performance.
2. Member may put up $20,000 organization will repay loan amount up to $40,000 based on performance.

This participation can be renewed at the end of each program.
